Our residency program is deeply committed to structured, high-quality educational experiences that support our residents’ growth as both clinicians and leaders. Each week, residents participate in a rich schedule of didactic sessions, including dedicated OB, GYN, and subspecialty lectures, as well as GYN Conference and PGY 1–2 Foundations, which focus on building core knowledge. Monthly Journal Club fosters critical thinking and evidence-based practice through resident-led discussions of current research. Bimonthly Grand Rounds and Morbidity & Mortality (M&M) conferences provide opportunities to learn from faculty experts and reflect on clinical care. Residents also engage in quarterly simulation training to strengthen procedural and teamwork skills, and participate in wellness activities designed to promote resilience and camaraderie. Regular meetings with the program director ensure open communication and continuous program improvement. These diverse learning opportunities are designed to cultivate confident, compassionate, and well-rounded OB/GYN physicians.
